I've changed my mind on my fav, Risk Assessment is soooooo funny, this victorian lady shows up when things are at their worst to 'assess' Torchwood, the Jack interaction is hilarious, there's a bit where it says: 'Jack had been buried for a thousand years at one point, to Ianto, it looked like he was going to go bury himself again'
