"NO! THIS WAY! YOUR GOING THE WRONG WAY! LEFT! LEEEEFT!" I screamed turning by body in the opposite of right, clutching my game controller and randomly pushing buttons. Suddenly my fast light green virtual car, with yellow lightning bolts down the sides fell of the space track to earth."WHYYYYYY!?" I screamed. I heard footsteps and turned around. "Oh, hi Harold..." I groaned, still upset. "Uh, is this a bad time?" He asked staring at the TV screen, that read; "Game Over" "No... but I just lost the game..." "I can see that..." Harold replied sitting down and picking up another game controller. "You wanna play?" I asked. He nodded and I restarted the game. We began a whole new level of awesome car racing. When I heard more footsteps, I ran to the hallway. I gasped at what I saw and ran back to the couch. Harold, who was still playing, was shocked when I suddenly turned on another game while he was still playing a track. "Shh!" I said when he was about to speak. I plugged in "Sonic 2 Adventure Battle" and quickly went to Chao Garden. I started making big googly-sappy eyes and cooing at the little creatures on the screen; "Aaaaaw! Aren't those little Choa CUTE, Harold?!" I said hugging Harold and rocking us, as Duncan walked in. "W-well, I guess..." He said not noticing the boy in the doorway. "THERE FUCKING ADORABLE!" I screamed rolling all over the floor. Duncan stared at me, as did Harold. "Sofie...?" Duncan asked as I continued to roll. "Are you Ok?" I stopped and clung to his leg. "Why, Kitty, I'm just FABULOUS!" I smiled my winning smile. "I'M NOT YOUR KITTY! DO WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN?!" He yelled and started to run out into the hallway again. "Yeeeeeeeeeeees!" I giggled. Duncan abruptly tripped and we both began to tumble down the basement steps screaming, not missing a single injury on the way down. When we reached the bottom, I was still attacked to Duncan's leg. He got up and began to shake me. "Get off!" He commanded. I shook me head and laughed like crazy as he bounced me. I turned and saw Beth, suddenly standing in front of us, holding some supplies she meant to carry upstairs without running into this unusual sight. I bet it looked like I was humping Duncan's leg... kinda like my dog Bonnie did with my brother the first day we brought her home. Beth glanced at us, then the stairs, then us. Duncan stopped shaking his leg and held it up in the air very still, with me still on it. "..." "..." "..." She walked upstairs and none of us spoke of that again. |
