Hey its Brooke once again!! I skipped school today so I'm at home!
I'm gonna be talking about my relationship with Duncan BEFORE I became bad.
we we're aware that the other person existed, but we didn't talk much. my parents would tell me not to end up like Duncan. i never hated or liked Duncan. we would hardly talk we would barely see each other. i think Duncan felt the same way. even before i turned bad i never wanted to be a police officer. when i saw Duncan go somewhere & my parents asked me where he went, i would simply respond " I don't know".
the only time we would talk was when Duncan asked me," Do you want to be a police officer too?" I was busy doing my homework when he asked me. I was so startled to hear his voice that i jumped from my seat. he was on the couch sleeping & I had no idea he was awake. I guess he was startled with my sudden move because he asked " what?!" "Nothing you just startled me" I replied in my frightened voice. Here was the brother that I knew but didn't at the same time talking to me.
"well sorry, I just wanted to know if you want to be a police officer." he said.
"well i really don't want to. why do you ask?"
He looked at me all surprised then he finally said " No reason, just curious."
we would occasionally hang out when our parents weren't there & we probably would have even more if my parents didn't drag me away from him.
then the lip gloss incident happened.
"Why did you do this Brooke?" My parents asked.
"Mom take a chill pill. Its only lip gloss." "yes but then it will be worse now!!! You know what I never schould have let Duncan take you to the store c'mon we need to talk to him." "mom no!!! IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT!! YOU ALWAYS THINK WHENEVER SOMETHING HAPPENS ITS DUNCAN'S FAULT BUT ITS NOT!!!" that was the first time i yelled at her & it was in front of Duncan. He just stood there amazed."Well you are going to juvenile to learn a lesson." I stood there scared. What would happen if I went by myself? "Uh, mom i stole some batteries from there. I have to go to juvenile too." I was amazed on what he said. He PAID for the batteries, not stole. He was going to juvenile by choice!!! "Well then lets go you two. I'm very dissapointed in you two. Especially you Brooke. You could have been a great officer." Well I didn't tell my mom I never wanted to be one. I just told her whatever.
Then at juvenile I told Duncan that was so much fun stealing the Lip gloss. He said he was proud & hoped we could be a team.
Wow this is the longest I've typed.
Oh gotta go my mom's here.
