She's been asleep for 8 hours until I heard her upstairs. I attempted to cook breakfast, I haven't done that in awhile. I made bacon, cut up some fruit and made some eggs.
I didn't know what she liked, I didn't even know her name! I heardthe door open and then close.I smiled when she came out, hair a mess and she looked stressed.
"Good morning.." I trailed off, still not knowing her name.
"Mickayla. My friend call me Mickey though."
"Nice to met you, Mickey, I'm Lilly."
"Oh, what's your full name?" I couldn't blame her.
"Lilly Hailey Swan."
"So your the girl whose missing in Washington?"
"I'm not missing, where did you hear that?"
"News?"
"I'll be back."
"Sure."
I ran to my room and grabbed my cell phone and called Bella.
It picked up on the first ring.
"Hello?" She asked.
"So I'm missing?"
"Lilly! Guys it's Lilly!"Geeze I called her right?
I heard my name be called by different voices.
"Lilly where are you?"
"That's not important, why am I missing?"
"Charlie said you were so he put it in the news."
"Well I got to go, Mickey's waiting for me."
"Whose's Mickey?"
I closed the phone, and headed back to the kitchen. When I saw Mickey eating, I smiled.
"Who was that?"
"My sister, and my family. Was I that loud?"
"Cool, and you weren't quiet to say the least."
"Sorry."
I sat there watching her eat her breakfast, occasionaly talking to me. We shared everything, but I didn't say I was a vampire. I would wait until she was ready for me to tell her. She had enough to deal with. I knew how she felt, like everything was falling apart.
But she hid it better than I think I did. But I'm not too sure, because out of the corner of my eye I saw her expresson change to sadness, then when I turn around the look goes away.
