“No way!” I yelled a little too loudly. No way was it already two a.m., and I had hardly even begun to work on this damn speech.
Concentration was not coming easily at the moment, not only because of the time of night it was, but there was something more predominant on my mind. A couple hours ago, we had received a call from my brother, Emmett, that they were pushing his parole hearing to July instead of March. Great! Just the thing my parents needed to hear around Christmas. My mom cried, my dad cursed, and I just stood there, eventually walking upstairs to my room. What was I supposed to do?
If I tried to offer words of support, they’d just say, “Edward, you’re only a child. You don’t understand.”

Chapter 5: The "perfect" date

He laughed taking my hand. I smiled, he makes my heart melt. "this is a great beach." he said. "It's beautiful at midnight." I said. He took my hand and Lead me back to land. He was so warm, so nice...not like Sam. No. Nothing like Sam. I wonderd what was on his mind, so I read it.
'I'm not allowed to do this, if any of them find out, I'm toast.'
I didn't like the sound of that; What wasn't he allowed to do? "So, tell me about yourself." he said, shooting me a heart-mealting smile. "Well, my name's Daniella, but I like to be called Dannie, I'm 15 with a drivers permit, my birthday's October 31-"
"Halloween? I love that holiday."
"Really? I love Christmas, it gives me that warm feeling," I smiled. "And, well, I live with the cullens now." I smiled, but weakly this time. "Oh, well-"
"You wanna know why and how I got turned do you?"

14. Forgotten
I slammed on the braked and stared into her liquid gold eyes. Every thing about her has changed. She looked more like a vampire then before. Her skin had a high, gloss, Glow to it, her eyes were more liquidly, her face was better chiseled, but most of all the fact that I could see her. I was never able to physically see her before. I was staring into a beautiful high school picture of me, And quite frankly it scared the hell out of me.
“What are you doing here?” I stammered. She smiled smugly and within a blink of an eye, she was sitting in the passenger side.
“What did you do to your hair, Edward will hate it. How long do you have to wait till it can go back?” she shrieked her face curved up into this beautiful sculpted face of hatred.
I touched a lock of my hair “Alice likes it. And so do I. ” I said standing up to the teenage me.
“Yes its nice and all but there is no way you can get Edward back with that. He prefers brunette, i.e. why he and Tanya never worked out.” She rolled her eyes. “Well God, your already late to the Dogs party” I didn't move. “Drive Isabella”...
