i don`t think he should be mad at her

Yeah I think he's allowed to be mad. Reasons:
1.He's been angling for this specific position much long than she has.
2. She's not overly interested in the magazines subject.
3. She doesn’t have that flare for the magazines subject.
4. He worked much harder for it and the only reason the writers gave it her was because she's nicer. Great thing to teach kids don’t work hard for it, just be very nice. Also was the reason she got into YETI.
5. He was way more qualified for the job and would staying long term.
