I am in the Uk and we dont air the episodes as quickly either - I normally go to a site called torrentguy. He has all the episodes virtually minutes after they are aired. You have to upload the episode first - which does take a while but I normally just leave my pc on and go o something else and then when I come back to watch it its crystal clear and doesnt stick at all!!!

Also, if you watch it from here - then try pausing it and then leave it for abou 10 mins cos its just buffering and it needs to catch up with itself - so if you pause it for a while and then come back and watch it - it doesnt stick so much - Hope this helps!!

I find that DivX loads fast for me, also Youku. So maybe try watching the ep on one of those hosts.

As Wisteriawoman said, the solution is to open the video and just let it fully load (or at least for a while) before you watch it. That way you won't have to wait for it every minute or so.
