Dead Tone.... any info??

I read a while back about a movie that was being banned from the US called Dead Tone which is based on the Urban Legend where kids are prank calling people and they end up calling a killer that comes after them. I read that it was so sick that they had to ban the movie and i have been searching for it and can't find anything at all on it anymore.. its actually kinda wierd.. has anyone heard anything on this movie??
