Which programme do you use to create pretty icons? Except Photoshop, of course. I know only the IcoFX, but it's not perfect. I'd like to have many effects and brushes.

Sometimes, the easiest, most convenient solutions are the best.
I edit my pictures in bighugelabs.com and THEN I either use photoshop, or even paint!

Personally I like to use Corel Paint Shop Pro 10, but that's just me. Once I find something I like I stick to it. But I may just have to check out some of the things you use, lol.
