well whoever wrote this you havent obviously paid much attention have you if you were to turn to a vampire you would sink to a level e and if you have been paying attention you would know that level e's and not a fantastic appealing race of vampire so for me not wanting to become a level e i would have zero bite me as he's not a pure blood and you wont change to a vampire so technically i didn't answer you question and only pure bloods can change humans to vampires hence forth why zero changed to a vampire as shizuka a pure blood changed him
