yes but if it's a screen capture the image credit will be the tv or movie production company which you can easily find on imdb

I'm not changing anything. These pics are all over the web...without credit. Like just about every other pic on fanpop.com., and every fansite of every show on the internet, and every message board on the internet. It's not a big deal. If it were a big deal the image credit box on the photo upload screen would not be optional.
actually i think you'll find a lot of spots on fanpop have many credited images
and i agree with drd, you know it's wrong, you know it's illegal and we actually got the image credit for you and are trying to help you, they were was consideration for making it mandatory but there were also other reason not to as seen here http://www.fanpop.com/spots/fanpop/forum/post/11597
