Waterloo Road, Realistic or overplayed?

As the gates open for a new term at Waterloo Road the school is firmly in the spotlight following the murder of drama teacher, Izzie Redpath. Although Jack has won a national bravery award, he secretly blames himself for Izzie's death. Meanwhile, Tom is still reeling from the loss of Izzie and blames Jack for playing the hero that night. Now a single dad to Chlo and Mika, Tom's plunged into another family crisis when he finds out Chlo and Donte have secretly taken off to get married. Well, just an average day at school then. So is it overplayed or does it speak the truth of all those schools that have a crisis everyday. Sorry for the lack in quantity of this article. It's my first. I'll keep you updated but please lead a comment. Remember-Overplayed or Realistic?

I love this programme !! .. It is soo good :) !! .. the storyline at the moment is great but i think Chlo and Donte should get back together just as Mika and Brett are finally doing :) .. My answer to the question of Overplayed or Realistic would be a bit of both :) .. as some of the storylines are realistic but some are a bit far fetched :D which i think make Waterloo Road such a good programme to watch :)
