The episode this part is in is called growing pains but they deleted that part from the episode for some reason.

They didn't delete it. The show went off the air in the middle of the episode because of 9/11. And if you go on http://x-men.toonzone.net and go to Video Clips it will open another window. Click on Season 2 and the title of it will be: Mutant Menace (Tate) and you can click it to watch.
