yes, just go to www.mediaconverter.org to convert the youtube video after you get the video converted just add the video onto itunes and put it on your ipod

I'm not sure about the iPod bit but if you want to download a youtube video to your computer, here is a site http://keepvid.com/ just put youtube url in. I've downloaded videos from a site like this before (I'm not sure if it was this one) but if you just search in google "download youtube video" it will come up with certain ways to download.

I'm sorry for not answering the iPod/iTunes part which was probably the part you really wanted to know.

EDIT: Just looking at my iTunes and I saw you can just go to the "Movies" section of it, then go to file and I think it is Import movie so that you can have it in your iTunes.
