I think she dumped Tom bec she met her future husband before they were over and it might explain why she was so distant towards the end.

well for me i think summer is not that bad.. well at some point she's bad for sleeping with tom and she doesnt want a relationship. summer is just a extra ordinary girl with extra ordinary expectations :))
