I think it would make a lot of sense if Roxanne was older than Max by a year or two in a Goofy Movie. In the film, Max is a 14 year old freshman. If Roxanne was a 16 or 17 year old junior, it would have given Max the extra urgency to try to impress her, since the next school year would be the last to be with her. Plus Roxanne is best friends with Stacy, the ASB President, who is also most likely a Junior. I don't think Roxanne is a senior though, since she comes to the last day at school. Plus she wouldn't be going to an assembly where the principal talks about "not wasting summer vacation" if she was graduating.
