This episode of ‘Wikipedia: Fact or Fiction?’ sees the return of KISS legend Ace Frehley, who once again cleared up what’s written about him on Wikipedia!

This is technically Part 3 of Ace’s ‘Wiki’ segments, as we split his first appearance into two halves. For someone like Ace, who has a career which spans multiple decades, there’s always something else to question in Wikipedia’s catacombs.

Back in the early 1970s, Ace was in a band called Molimo, which reportedly wrote half an album for RCA. Ace tells us how the deal with RCA fell through and discusses the possibility of actually releasing the Molimo recordings in the future.

You may remember KISS’ campy cult classic movie

. The film was lambasted by critics and fans after its initial release, and according to Wikipedia, no one who worked for KISS was permitted to mention the film in the band members’ presence. However, this wasn’t the case for Frehley, who corrected Wikipedia’s claim and even professed his own fondness for the b-movie.

You can read on Wikipedia that KISS’ farewell tour in 1996 was “an attempt to put KISS out of its misery,” essentially killing off the classic lineup for good. Ace responds to the entry, offering his own take on what happened two decades ago.
