Does someone know when alex actually must care his glasses?

I mean must he ware it always or only for uhm.. 'farsighted' (like watching television) or for uhm.. 'nearsighted' (like when you read a paper or something)
Sorry if my english is bad, i only guess how i must write some words...

yes, -4 is pretty nearsighted. I have -1,5 , but i also wear my glasses only then when I'm tired or when I'm just too lazy to put my contact lenses :D
