Can Anyone Help Me Find The Alfred Hitchcock Hour?

I want to buy my brother the whole collection of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour for his 60th Birthday. I have looked all over the internet, and every time I find it, it has the region restriction thing!!!! It always says: Will not play on DVD players in the US. Only plays in regions 2-4 or something like that.
Can anyone help me please????
