"Wake up sleepy!"my cousin rouge turned on the light and flipped over my mattress.
"AAA!"I yelled as i fell to the concreat floor of rouges basement."at least get a freakin floor rug!"i said to rouge.she ignored me and tossed me the uniform for our school, a red shirt and khaki shorts.I packed my homework into my backpack after dressing."god i hate school!"... i flew to school instead of the bus cuz that floor hurt my arm!***
I went to my locker in a hurry.Rouge said she was playing hookey today.If the principal asks im TOTALLY ratting her out!And my luck;
PA:Blade the bat please report to the principals office. Its about your cousin
YESS! i thought.I walked down there.I had second thoughts; if rouge finds out that I ratted her out...then oh her revenge would be filling my pillow with... wisdom pearls...i shuddered at the thought.***When i got to the principals office, he was waiting for me. I sat in the chair on the other side of his desk.
"Do you know where your cousin is?"he asked.I lied.
"No..." i sat up strait.
"Where was she when she woke you up this morning?"he asked.
"In the doorway with her uniform on,"i said.
"Well if you see her please come to me"he said.I nodded.I left the office and went to class.Er...tried.Three bunnies around my age came whizzing past me.It was enough to knock me off balance.I knew who they are.There names are Mina Gina and Trina.Grrr.They get on my nerves all the time!ACK!They go against the uniform by wearing pink skirts,hightops and tanktops. I've had enough!I used an attack that would have given them hell... until Rouge knocked me down. Tears filled my eyes.My cousin betrayed me.
"Rouge?!"I screamed.I got up and ran. She followed.
"Blade...I'm..."I ran faster so she couldnt finish her sentence.I ran to the girls bathroom. She didn't come through the door.My friend did though. Her name is Mary. She is a black and white cat with a speech problem.
"Blade... what wong?"she asked clearly seeing my tears.
"I don't want to talk about it,Mary"I said leaving the bathroom.I didn't want to be late for class, so I made myself have a positive additude.I sat at my desk.A note was passed to me.

I heard what happend,I feel sorry for you. Meet me under the old tree at recess.I hope you have strength!

Shadow?!I thought. What could he possibly want?***
Recess came.I went over to the old tree where the note said.
"Hello"A voice said behind me.I jumped.It was Shadow.
"Woah...where did you come from?!"I asked.He smiled.
"I was in the tree and when you walked by, i dropped down...Limb almost broke though... the trees i mean."i started chuckling.We sat down under the tree.He looked serious now.
"Now for the real reason that i asked you here..."He picked a flower off the ground."friends?"
I took the flower."Friends."we both smiled.I blushed.The bell rang.
"Damn..."I said"That was a short recess"Shadow started laughing really hard.My other friend Zero the Echidna came out of nowhere.
"You goin in or no-whos this jack-whad?!"He looked at Shadow.
"Shadow-Zero,Zero-Shadow. Now that we're aquainted, lets go in.Im starving."Zero growled at Shadow.
"Try it Zero, I dare you!"I said.
"All right then!"He crouched,ready to spring.I kicked his stomach.
"AY CARUMBA!!!"he said.He and I can speak fluent spanish."Aydios meos."I dragged him by the tail.
"See ya later Shadow!"I said.He was gone.
We ate lunch with Mary.
When we got back to class,Rouge was writing on the board.
