I guess that’s why I hear bumble bees and geckos talking to me, and not about allergies or how to save money on my car insurance.

You see my dad and my mom is traveling the world for fun. My dad got me some teachers just for me so I won’t have to be in school with the normal kids. But I think it would be fun. Alice in Wonderland is a 2010 fantasy film directed by Tim Burton and based on the Lewis Carroll novels Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass. The film will utilize a technique combining live action, motion capture technology and stop motion.
Mia Wasikowska will portray Alice and the film is due for release on March 5th, 2010(USA).

Joe Roth was developing Alice in Wonderland in April 2007 at Walt Disney Pictures with Linda Woolverton as screenwriter. Woolverton added a socio-political context to the story. That November, Tim Burton signed with Disney to direct two films...

Mia Wasikowska, the star of Alice in Wonderland, discussed her experiences working on the phantasmagorical film with the Los Angeles Times.

How did shooting the film feel to the 20-year-old actress? "Isolating," she said, considering that 90% of the shooting was in front of a green screen.
