What is Aly's natural hair color?

In the pix area, there's a photo of a page from a New Yorker Magazine interview where it says her natural color is brown, but on Buffy it was dyed red because there were too many brunettes. But since her daughter's hair is red and given Aly's green eyes and freckled complexion, it seems more likely that Aly's hair would also be naturally red.
