In my town there's no animal rescue center or anything else to help homeless animals. Dog catchers kill dogs. THATS SO CRUEL!!!

Thats horrible! It cannot be allowed! Maybe you could raise money for a centre by doing a sponsored walk/run/ silence or something. Or you could stage a protest outside the town council (or some other important building in town. Get some of your friends involved and form a protest group.
