lv2rt So that's how Gwen gets the ring. Arthur wasn't wearing it during the bedroom scene so maybe she keeps it. I know she's wearing it in later episodes.

HumbleQueen @ Linda: They both have on rings on their forefingers in that courtyard scene. He has it on then. So he probably gives her another one at the betrothal. Unfortunately, she has it on during the Lancelot kiss scene, so... I don't care about that now. I'm glad Gwen came through in this episode and he was the one that messed up. But I loved the way they made up.

RosalynCabenson Maybe Merlin keeps it and gives it to her later in another situation?

lv2rt HQ, yes and Arthur wears three I believe during the "covering her eyes" scene as well. But I'm thinking Gwen keeps the one that was this mothers. That would be very "special" (in my best Saturday Night Live" voice.

lv2rt Melisey I think so to. TPTB don't show scenes idly. I get a feeling it's now Gwen's ring. I would have rather Arthur gave it to her and perhaps he will. One thing I've also noticed, whenever Arthur is facing death the one person he thinks about and talks about is Guinevere.

Melisey lv2rt, that is so true. She is always the first thing on his mind when he faces death. That is so significant. I agree I want Arthur to give the ring to her himself.

DarknessToLight Brilliant! I love how he always thinks of her in these situations (remember sweet dreams?). This was very touching to me.

kbrand5333 Was re-watching the scene where Uncle A is giving him the bad advice about Gwen. Noticed he had on the *other* ring (on his right ring finger). Wonder if it's a King thing.
