The knighting ceremony has died down. Merlin has retired to keeping Gaius company and enjoying his supper. All that’s left for Arthur to do is envelop himself in the safe arms of his wife after his long journey.
He walks into his chambers and candles are lit, leading him into the bed area. Excited from what thoughts are now dancing through his head, he walks swiftly to find his bride of three years.
