When it comes to the entertainment industry, it becomes common to become absorbed in fame and fortune. Sadly, this can lead to people's morals being tested. Bob Kane was an example of this. His name was placed on every Batman comic. In fact, he was given full credit for Batman's creation and his comics. Bob Kane was someone who wanted fame and fortune. You're probably thinking that the creator of Batman, who did all the classic Batman comics, would deserve to be a famous legend. Well, Bob Kane would of deserved that if he actually was the one who did the Batman comics.

To say that Bob Kane was the sole creator of Batman would be an extreme exaggeration. In fact, it was a lie. Bob Kane did not create Batman on his own. Sure, he came up with the idea to have a superhero called Batman. However, he envisioned Batman as a blonde-haired crimefighter in a red costume. This version of Batman was never used. Bob Kane recruited his friend, Bill Finger, to come up with new ideas for Batman. Bill was the one who decided that Batman should be a detective who used his intelligence and gadgets to fight crime. Also, Bill was the one who actually wrote the Batman comics. He wrote the very first Batman story, as well as a majority of the classic Batman comics. The first stories to feature the Dynamic Duo, the Joker, Catwoman, the Penguin and the Riddler were all written by him. In other words, Bill was the most influential and important person to ever work on Batman. However, you wouldn't know any of this, because Bill wasn't credited. The man who wrote the stories and created the characters didn't receive any accolades for his work.

You might be wondering what Bob Kane actually did. Well, he was the artist. However, Bill was the one who decided what Batman would look like. Also, Bob often had other artists do the artwork for him. None of these artists were ever credited. Bob's name was displayed on all of the classic Batman comics, regardless of how little involvement he had in actually making the comics.

As a kid, I didn't know who Bill Finger really was. I had heard that he had worked on Batman, but that's all I knew. I, along with millions of other Batman fans, believed that Bob Kane was the creator of Batman. The truth was hidden from all of us for a long time.

You might be wondering why Bill would let Bob take credit for everything. Bill was a person with a strong sense of morality. However, his humbleness and shyness led to Bob taking advantage of him. Eventually, Bill tried to speak up for himself, but Bob made sure that Bill didn't get credit. He had a contract made with the comics industry that would ensure that he would get full credit for Batman's creation.

Sadly, Bill passed away in the 1970's. The man who created one of the most iconic heroes of all time was unknown, while Bob, who barely had any part in Batman's creation, was rewarded with lots of attention.

After years of hogging the spotlight, Bob seemed to be feeling some guilt. In a 1989 interview, he acknowledged that Bill was an essential part of Batman's creation, and that he should of shared the credit with Bill. It's good that Bob finally started being honest. However, the fact that he didn't have DC start crediting Bill Finger for his work is truly sad.

Bill remained uncredited until the mid 2010's. Bill didn't live long enough to see himself get the credit he deserved. However, he has been getting more love and respect from the Batman fans than ever before. The truth has finally been revealed. Bill Finger was the heart behind the Batman comics all along. Without him, none of the Batman comics, shows and films we love would of happened.

Bob Kane and Bill Finger are currently credited as co-creating Batman. Batman's creators are two incredibly different kinds of people. One of the creators, Bob Kane, let his greed get the better of him, while the other creator, Bill Finger, worked hard in secret.

After everything I had to say about Bob Kane, you might assume that I hate him, but that's not true. Bob Kane was a bad friend to Bill Finger who lied to his fans. However, hating on people is not something the real Batman would want. Despite everything he did, I hope Bob Kane rests in peace. For what it's worth, he was a great artist with a lot of intriguing ideas. It's just sad that he refused to share the credit and fame with his friend.

As for Bill Finger, I see him as the true creator of Batman. He was the inventive mind behind Batman's creation. Most importantly, he was the heart of the franchise.

If there's one thing you should learn from this story, it's that doing the right thing is more important than being a famous celebrity. Bob Kane could of shared the fame with Bill, but he never did. Bill may of been ignored and treated unfairly, but he did the right thing. He wrote inspiring tales of justice that gave happiness and hope to a countless amount of Batman fans. Bill created my childhood hero without me even realizing it. However, I now know the truth, and I'm forever grateful that a man as wonderful as Bill gave us so many legendary characters. Batman is my fictional comic hero, but Bill is my real-life comics hero and he always will be.

Batman is a very dark character who I believe could be a very good character for an R rated film his Villians are violent they kill people in gruesome ways and Bruce also needs to be fucking his love interests and he hasn't done it yet why because it isn't appropriate for kids and that's really stupid and as for the cursing I wouldn't want them to do it every second obviously but it would be good and make the characters more serious and badass if the characters cursed in the batman reboot happens I want new Villians, the bat mobile, batarangs, the batwing, the bat motorcycles,a bat jet pack,a different type of suit for batman, the bat claw that batman swings on, and I want it to be rated R. So what do you guys think should a future batman movie have these things or not.
Christopher Nolan has absolutely bastardized the batman character and has ruined the batman universe by making it realistic I hatches realism with a passion a couple of years ago in an interview one of the producers batman begins said that Nolan didn't even want to give the scarecrow a mask are you serious could you really think that the scarecrows mask and costume are so corny that you wouldn't include them in the movie and the scarecrows mask and costume aren't corny at they are awesome and the mask that they had in the movie was absolute shit it was horrible looking. And in the dark knight...

Ok, I hate the Hugo Strange/Catwoman rumours. Here's why: first of all I hate Hugo Strange as a villain. He has no villain name or costume, doesn't even LOOK cool, and is completly WEIRD. And Catwoman becouse didn't she already have a film in the reboot series (Catwoman was the only one not to feature Chris Nolan as the director)? Luckily, the movie will be filmed in Asia (bye bye Hugo Strange). That means a possible villain (if not, love interest) Talia Al Ghūl. In Batman Begins, we learn that, unlike Batman comics, when Rās Al Ghūl says he's "immortal" he means the roll of RAG is past on from master to apprentace and that means Talia may become the new Ras Al Ghūl.

But if filmed in a major city (Hong Kong for ex.) the villain my be an assassan like Deadshot. Possibly my favorite rumour of all time: Black Mask and Hush!!!
A cancelled Batman film, Superman vs. Batman was going to be the fifth batman film untill it was confirmed it wouldn't happen. But after the cancellation of 2013s reboot of 1997s JLA (Justice League: Mortal), Christopher Nolan, the man incharge of both Batman and Superman, Is considering making Superman/Batman: the Movie (AKA Superman vs. Batman). It will possibly the fight of the decade, even better than 2003s Freddy vs. Jason and the DC comics horror comic book god-awful sequel, Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash.

Despite the name THIS FILM WILL NOT BE BASED ON SUPERMAN/BATMAN the comic book but an issue of Batman that guest starred Superman where they fought. I'm not sure which one it was but you can buy the digital comic on www.dccomics.com/read

Based on the characters created by Jerry Siegel, Joe shushter and Bob Kane and writen by Grant Morrison.

There are several Batman films and there a few that can get pretty weird. The classic 1966 film is known for the absurdity of Shark-Repellent Bat Spray and the 1997 film, Batman and Robin, is known for the ice-pun antics of Mr. Freeze. However, Batman has had even weirder adventures.

Quite possibly the weirdest Batman film and one of the weirdest superhero films, in general, came out in 1991 and was made in the Philippines. The film is called Alyas Batman en Robin.

Alyas Batman en Robin isn't necessarily an official Batman film, because it's somewhat of a parody. Also, the film doesn't star...

”BATMAN BEGINS” (2005) Review

When Christopher Nolan’s reboot of the BATMAN franchise first made its debut during the summer of 2005, many critics and moviegoers hailed it as the second coming. They also viewed it as a vast improvement over the four films released between 1989 and 1997. Since then, ”BATMAN BEGINS” has been overshadowed by its 2008 sequel, ”THE DARK KNIGHT” and 2012's "THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS". After a recent viewing of the 2005 movie, I must admit that I have a deeper attachment for it.

”BATMAN BEGINS” was basically an origin tale about the scion of a wealthy...

Hi there! We are the Batman: Anarchy team, and we are looking to increase funding on our non-profit, original Dark Knight film. The film stands as a continuation to the amazingly successful and compelling Dark Knight Trilogy created by talented film director, Christopher Nolan.

THE STORY:

Batman: Anarchy is quite unique because it isn't just another Bruce Wayne story. Instead, we venture into the unknown, picking up where Nolan left off, with John Blake inheriting the Bat-cave and taking on the mantle of the caped crusader. Naturally, he won't be perfect at this as he lacks the discipline and...

Christopher Nolan’s third Batman film will be called “The Dark Knight Rises” and though the Gotham City auteur isn’t ready to reveal the villain of his 2012 film, he did eliminate one of the big contenders: “It won’t be the Riddler,” Nolan said in an exclusive interview with Hero Complex.

Riddler rumors were off target. (DC Comics)
Nolan was most eager to talk about the fact that Warner Bros. had agreed with his argument that the film should resist the current 3-D craze and instead use high-definition approaches and IMAX cameras to strike out on a different cinematic path than the...

most people think batman sucks but he is not like that at all.he could take every dc and 3/4 of the marvels only not giant man, storm, captain America, and Thor.but some people would disagree but that's their opinion. And if you read the comics you would see he's been in way, way, way, waaay, worst situations.and would not simply lose without knocking out the other person first,or taking the person down with him.you would see many tricks he could use to win without a scratch.and I'm serous about it.plus his villains, allies, and weapons are way better and original.like in the present days tech.and soon to come. All i can say is read 1 batman comic and tell me he doesn't kick but.and many of his villains are very popular even if you don't read comic's at all.like people know joker, penguin, catwoman, two face, and poison ivy.

p.s. batman adventures is a good comic serous to start with if you decide to become a fan.

My knuckles tore upon as I banged the bricks for the umpteenth time. Sparks flew from the blood that is shed. I shouldn't have been there. It still makes me mad today as I look back. Why was I there? "LET ME OUT!!" I cried to the gaurds outside my thick cell walls. "I don't belong here!"

"Better safe than sorry." Came a very quiet, muffled voice from the other side. "You're a danger to us all, kid. Even if you didn't mean to kill that cop, you're still guilty of doing it."

My chest ached from the deep bruises they'd give me as I pounded harder. I have to admit, they were smart enough to use bricks...

Help me clear this up. Please. Does everyone dislike Katie Holmes because...

a) all self-righteous
b) not true to the comic (my a** by the way)
c) in Dawson's Creek and who the heck didn't hate Joey in Dawson's Creek

d) "it's not who you are underneath..." That was pretty stupid. And how she's all shaking her head while it's happening. Lame. I gotcha.

e) The Arkham Asylum scene where she's getting on Crane.

f) I honestly can't think of anything else. Maggie Gyllenhal's cute and everything but they wrote her lines all foolishly. And she drags Eckhart down. I'm telling you kiddies that if Eckhart,...

My client the 3:10 to Yuma man himself would have loved to NOT flip out on McG's friends from the old neighborhood as they obstructed his view going about their business directives for McG was which was to close in on the shot so hard it gives us all headaches from how out-of-focus it is OR when it moves a bit and disappears from the screen completely and we can't follow it. Christian "Now That Boy Makes Some Good Films" Bale is about to have his career sidemarked for simply being polite 99% of the time about the fact that Legoland is remaking Terminator. And you know who was there in the scene with Bale when he snapped on Shutter-Speed Boy? BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD!! Un-pregnant, re-vamped, just like our imaginations. Spider-Man 3 she got pregnant that's why she was dressed in harsh black with Nikes when they went to the heh-heh "jazz club". That girl could make anyone turn into a teenage boy trying to prove he's not a nice guy.
Who is my favorite comics writer of all time? That would be Bill Finger. Bill Finger is responsible for creating Batman and his large selection of supporting characters and rogues. For decades, Bill went above and beyond in creating creative, colorful, unique adventures for Gotham's superhero to go on. To this day, Bill's Batman stories remain amongst the most memorable and influential comics of all time.

In my opinion, Bill Finger deserves as much love, admiration and respect as people like Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. However, Bill never received that sort of treatment during his lifetime. In...
