IamMio I saw the video that had this (it was on a cardboard box to a baymax toy) and it has me confused?? Obviously that is Fred and Baymax... but the man nearby is... Tadashi? It appears that behind Baymax it says 'TADASHI HAMADA' and this looks like a presentation speech Tadashi would've given to propose ideas, seeing as he was an inventor. But ...the toy is supposed to display scenes from the movie. Meaning this happens. So either Tadashi wasn't dead the whole time, or he knew Fred before he died ????????? confuuuuse EDIT: It's been confirmed that everyone on the Big Hero 6 team knew Tadashi on a personal level, so yeah, this could've been beofre his death. WHICH SUPER SUCKS BECAUSE I WOULD DO ANYTHING IF IT MEANS TADASHI SURVIVES THE FILM
