Bleach Anime Question

I'm wondering, when Byakuya said: 'the black Getsuga Tensho!!!', it made me wonder if he knew the attack previously to Ichigo using it and if this has anything to do with Byakuya and Jushiro talking about Ichigo and who he could have been related to.

What do YOU think Byakuya mean by this?

I see what you mean, but the look in Byakuya's eyes was of surprise and a recognition, like Byakuya had been the recipient of the attack before. You see, the significance is that he called it the black Getsuga Tensho, which suggests that he has seen a Hollowfied Getsuga Tensho before. Plus, earlier, he said to Jushiro that Ichigo was no relation to the person he was thinking of. This makes me think... Was Isshin able to use Hollow powers as well, or is there someone else out there, with Hollow powers, that can use a Getsuga Tensho?

I believe when he said about no relation to I think he meant Kaien

Isshins bankai was in the manga and it looks completely different
