I actually don't really like them, lol. I've read the first two, and they're not really anything like the show. I had so much trouble keeping all the definitions and buildings and people straight, and they were actually sort of boring. IMO. =P

Fair enough everyone has their own opinion. Well IMO I find the book really good. I was the same when I started to read the books it was hard to follow and it was a little boring, but I eventually started to like them, the characters and stuff. The books are meant to be completely different from the show they were written before the series. The thing about liking the books and the show is that you have to separate yourself from each universe. I call book Brennan Tempe and I called show Brennan "Brennan or Bones" that's how I differ them and I like both versions.

I also like the relationship between Tempe and Ryan (I see obviously Ryan is Tempe's Booth). And the relationships between Tempe and her daughter Katy, her sister Harry and the detectives she works with is kind of like the show.

I know the books and the show are two separate things entirely, and not really all that comparable, except for maybe those minor characters you mentioned. My point was just that I like the show much better than the books. :]

Yeah I got what you meant lol, but I had to say what I thought, sorry if I sounded like I didn't like your opinion. Me too I like the show more than the novels, I started watching Bones before reading the books.

I tried reading one of the books, I just found it really boring, and I couldn't even finish it. So I don't bother reading the books.

definitely!! when it comes to slovakia I'll be first who'll buy it!!! I'm checking bookstores weekly. that's the only one book I don't have by Kathy Reichs..

When thinking of them separately I love them both, Kathy Reichs is my favorite author.

I enjoy the books, some more than others. Flash and Bones is definitely one of my favorites. I try to think of "book" Tempe and "tv" Tempe as two different people.
