成员RM表示:“我们属于千禧一代，与现在的青年一代一起成长。这次切身感受到了世界经济危机和社会影响也波及到我们国家。虽然微弱，但无论是文化特使还是联合国大会，只要我们能为全世界下一代做点什么，就去做吧，带着快乐的心情和使命感完成任务。”
本月21日被任命为“为了未来一代和文化的总统特别使节”的防弹少年团计划以特别使节的身份参加今年9月的联合国大会等国际会议。

Recently, it was reported that BTS is throwing their first ever opening pitch at Hanshin Tigers vs. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham game in Japan on June 2.
As reported, all members of BTS attended the game wearing Hanshin Tigers' jerseys, and out of the 7 members, maknae Jungkook was the one to throw the opening pitch.
