I wasn't really suprised about Nevel tricking us.I knew it was coming I just didn't know when.He had us tied back to back on chairs:me and Freddie and Spencer and Sam.He locked us each in a different closet.Although he wasn't smart enough to tape our mouths shut so at least we could still talk about getting out of there while he was busy.
"Freddie are you okay there?" I asked.
"Yeah I guess so," he answered.
"Well how long do you think we'll be in here?" I questioned.
"I really don't know. I think my mom will be very worried about me right now," he responded.
"Right now we need to find a way out of here.," I said.
A long silence.
Then all of a sudden we heard some sort of drilling sound coming from the other side of the wall where Sam and Spencer were.Suddenly, a large hole appeared on the wall and Sam came through with a knife.
"Sam!" I exclaimed.
"How did you get through the wall?" Freddie asked.
"No time," Sam said."Now let's go!"
She finished cutting the ropes when we heard Nevel scream, "They're escaping!STOP THEM!!"
We ran through the hole that Sam made before rescuing us andwe slipped through and ran to where Spencer parked the car.We saw that the nutjobs that helped Nevel were running after us through the hole.
"HURRY UP SPENCER!!" Sam shouted.
"I'm trying to but the keys are sooo slippery!" he exclaimed.
He finally opened the car doors and we all jumped in just before the nutjobs could grab us.Spencer then raced down the road with the car and headed for home.
