Disappointing episode with only 2 left in the s season. I was bored about 20 minutes in. If "Still" and "Squab" had aired in the original order, I would be even more annoyed. He's willing to die with her - why else would he come back in "Still" without his Writer's vest - and two episodes in a row - she's doubting the relationship and herself. The 100th episode was absolutely magnificent, beautiful, eventful, flawless and the whole 'April fools joke/birthday party' at the end was just AMAZING!!!

Kate has definitely shown herself this past year, and she is definitely in the relationship with Rick for the long run!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST EPS EVER!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
