Charles glugged the delightful liquor down! It was so refreshing just what a genius needs. Charles felt a little guilt; the drink was just sitting there ready to be drunk on the kitchen sink. As he placed the small bottle down after the last few drops circled his lips he let out a tremendous yawn.
Wow was he tired... It wasn't even that late... Maybe he was ill? Carefully he dragged himself up the golden oak stairway and across to his bedroom. He swore he could just fall asleep on the spot and that would be that!
He placed his hand on the door handle a large hand placed itself on his forehead...
