Do any Charmed fans recognize this scene?

I think it may possibly be from a "Charmed" episode, or from a tv promo of "Charmed", but I don't know so I thought I would turn to people who would.

If it is not from "Charmed", does anyone here possibly recognize where it is from?

Here's the story behind the picture. A woman appeared on the Montel Williams program in 2005 with a picture she took at a Christmas Eve party in 2002. In the picture is a television screen, and on the screen is the scene I've linked to.

The woman asked Montel's guest for the show, Sylvia Browne, whether the picture on the screen was an angel. Sylvia said it was.

A friend who does link is trying to identify the picture on the screen. When I saw the picture, one of the first things that popped into my mind was "Charmed". But I don't know the show well enough to know if the scene actually did appear in any episode.

If anyone here recognizes the picture -- whether from a "Charmed" episode, or somewhere else -- I would be grateful for any information you can provide. Thanks!
