First of NO I do not what the show to end I can't think of the plot but I would like to Jeff and Lester

to find out I know their morons but the show is ending so why can't their found out? it would be inserting

to see how it would work and when the episode ends you see Chuck and Sarah with their kid aw how cute ♥

It's renewed for the fifth final season :)
And I have no idea how it will end, but it's not out of the question that the final seconds of the final episode include Sarah telling Chuck that she's pregnant.
