Yes and no. It really depends your view point on things. Sure he did get killed but at the same time a lot of people go saying he became immortal but no one knows for sure. So, in the end we only have an opinion.
It seems like the answer could be yes and/or no...no because C.C. made him immortal but when everyone else seems to go then that might be something different..there might be some chance but in the end I guess it's just an opinion.
