Private and Rico arrive at the door to the hq, and tentatively open it up. When they do, they find a gaping hole in the ceiling, and Skipper and Kowalski gone.
When Private sees this, his mind goes crazy with thoughts. "H- how- how did this happen? Where are Kowalski and Skipper? Why would they come here? Could the badgers have done this? Wha-" He turns around to talk to Rico, and finds him watching tv, the dumb animal channel. "RICO!! How could you be watching the telly at a time like this?!"
"Huh?" Rico said stupidly. He turns around, sees Private's harsh expression, and springs up.
"Now we've got to find what made that hole!" Private climbs up the ladder, and sees a giant chrome lobster crushing the front gate. "Well, that was easy enough, come on Rico! Let's go follow it!"
Rico looked around, like he was scared, but Private wouldn't stand for it. Come on now, don't be a chicken! Besides, you have a missile launcher now, nothing can stand up to that!" Rico looked a little braver, and clambered up the ladder after Private. "Right! Let's go catch us a lobster!" And they chased after the lobster, hoping it wasn't invincible after all.
Kowalski and Skipper slide through the door to the hq, and see the destruction the chrome lobster did to their home. "Blowhole, have you gone mad?" Skipper tried to calm himself down, but he still felt jittery. "Hey Kowalski, where's that massager of yours? I need to unwind..."
"Right here- wait, where'd it go?" Kowalski started looking around for it, but then started investigating the hq in general. "Skipper, I'm afraid we've been robbed. The massager and the whacking stick are both gone, but everything else is still in place. Now I wonder why someone would do a thing like that..."
Skipper was frustrated, but to no avail. "So we'll go around the zoo and ask what everyone saw of it. I'll take the northern half, you get the southern." They split up to search for information, and found only one piece of helpful evidence, Marlene.
"Well, I was swimming in my pond, just minding my own business, when I happen to look up and see this giant, metal crab on the sidewalk! He was muttering the same phrase over and over again, 'Why did I let Blowhole talk me into this?' I don't really get what that means, but I guess that's up to you guys to figure out!"
"So it was Blowhole all along... Come on Kowalski, I believe we have some searching to do!"
