IMO, I really do believe that there are a lot more Bamon shippers out there then we really think. I think it's because they are in hiding and they are "quiet". But I can't help but think that when the writers and the show do start to explore the Bamon relationship, then Bamon will start to pick up a significantly large amount of fans and a new following, similar to what is happening to Dan/Blair on Gossip Girl. I've come to the conclusion that those who bash Bonnie Bennett/Kat Graham are purely insecure and jealous of her. Kat is really beautiful, talented, smart and a sweet, down to earth, humble person. Not only that, but they bash Kat's character because they know that her character, Bonnie poses a significant threat to their ill-fated ship (Delena). It is what it is and it's jealousy IMO.
