10. Necklace Scene (3x01)
Aside from the flaring sexual tension between these two, this scene shows how much Damon is trying to take Elena's mind off of the hell she has been put through the last couple of months. Damon is extremely sweet in this scene, and did you see the way Elena looked at Damon!

9. "So was I" (3x06)
Ok, so I consider this episode to be one of the best Delena episodes to date. And this scene supports that statement very well. After a night of burning cars, jealousy and marshmallows, we get to a scene of Damon and Elena first aid. Well talking about the night, Elena stumbles upon to subject of Damon trying to seduce Rebekah. Damon claims Elena was to drunk to notice any flirting going on, but she says she was faking most of it. And Damon says the same. Then we proceed to the usual torture the writers put us in on a weekly basis, which is hot Delena eye sex and either Alaric of Katherine cock blocking them. And Alaric swoops in and ruins the moments. But not before Elena can shoot Damon a look of love as she walks out.

8. Dartboard Flirtin' (3x10)
Now, this is the episode I think is the greatest Delena epsiode of all time, and I think most of you know why. Any who, in this particular scene, we get Damon in his druken glory, really depressed and messed up over Stefan, and Elena asking if he is ok, and says that the drunked thing isn't his most attractive look. So Damon saunters over and asks what she thinks his most attractive look is. And Elena, honey, you ain't fooling anyone when you say he doesn;t have one. Because the way you have your hand on his chest is saying otherwise.

7. "Remember the things you felt when he was gone. (3x02)
After a day in the mountains, and Elena admitting she doesn't want to see Damon get hurt, we get awesome Damon touching Elena's face action. Elena wants to know why Damon so badly wants her to say these things he already knows out loud. Well, because Damon wants her to remember these feeling once he brings Stefan back. He wants her to know that she does have feelings for him, whether she likes it or not.

6. Training Scene (3x06)
Holy hot chemistry, batman! Ok, so this was not only the hottest scene of the season, I think it's a safe bet to say this was the hottest scene of the series. Aside from all the heavy breathing and touching the look on both Damon and Elenas face said a thousand words. I think what I love a lot about this scene, is the fact the Elena doesn't fight back. She just kind of sits there and takes it in. And I guess it also helps that they look so close to a kiss at the end there I almost jumped through my TV screen watching it.

5. Damon in Elena's bed, Part 2 (3x08)
What I love about this scene is that it is hilarious and makes you want to cry with happiness. Damon lays in Elena's bed and won't move. So she basically says to hell with trying to get him off, and just slides in next to him. They talk, but I'm pretty sure everyone is just trying to get it through their minds that THEY ARE IN BED TOGETHER AND ELENA IS NOT PUSHING HIM OUT OR TENSED UP OR DAMON IS DYING ELENA IS ACTUALLY OK WITH THIS. Then Elena falls asleep and lets Damon stay. And I die everytime I watch it.

4. "We'll find a way." (3x10)
In a paralell scene to one is 3x09 (I will get to that in a sec) we see Elena trying to clean up her hands (that are soaked with blood from a beheaded hybrid). She is pretty shaken about it, and what it is going to do to Jeremy. Damon, being the man he is, comes in, and talks. Something you should know, quite possibly my favourite Damon (besides smart ass jokey Damon) is worried about Elena Damon. She tells him that she swapped Rebekah with Klaus, and his first reaction is to be worried about her. It is so sweet and it makes my heart melt every. single. time. Then comes Elena turning back around and Damon coming up behind her, and taking her face in his hands, telling her everything is going to be ok. And damn sure it will be in like, 5 minutes Elena!

3. "Where were you Damon?" (3x05)
In a scene that made me run around and scream, came one of the best and most heartwarming scenes. After Elena is stuck in a hospital with a lot of blood loss, Damon comes in and swoops Elena up. I think what I love a lot about this part is Elena kind of leans into Damon and let's herself sink into his chest. Gives you happy feeling inside, doesn't it!
then we get back to Salvatore house, and get some of the most tear worthy dialouge. Elena tells Damon that Stefan is really gone. She continues to ask where Damon was, in a teary, watery speech. Damon looks like the world is going to end because he has let Elena down. He proceeds to grab her knee (squee!) and promises that he will never leave her again. Cue Elena looking lustfully at Damon and BOOM! Whattya know! Cock blocker Stefan comes waltzing in like a super douche and cuts them off!

2. "We'll survive." (3x09)
After a night of destroyed plans and betreyal, Damon is mega pissed off that he couldn't save Stefan. In an attempt to calm down Damon, Elena takes Damons face in her hands, and calms him down REAL fast. As the conversation goes on, their faces move closer and closer together, and Damons face turns to sadness and Elena begins to let go. Just as you can tell Damon is going in for the kiss, ANOTHER cock blocker in the form of Katherine calls. After Damon and Katherines conversation, Damon simply looks at Elena, and walks away, knowing the moment is ruined. Great scene.

Now I couldn't choose between these 2, about which one would be first so I said to hell with that, and both of them are first. i bet you can already guess what one is.

1. "You can't kiss me again." (3x11)
Another great porch scene between these 2. It contains awesome face touching, and Elena telling Damon he can't kiss her again. Now, we all know this isn't because she doesn't want to again, it's because she knows that she can't. It would be to complicated. She knows she wouldn't be able to stop. Elena says it's not right. But Damon says it is, but just not right now. And he couldn't be closer to truth. I think Elena is pretty aware of her feeling at this point, and Damon knows this too. But Damon isn't going to force it, because he knows if he does, she will just push him away. They will let this Stefan thing run it's course, and when they do they both get what they want-each other.

1. DAMON AND ELENA HAVE A MUTUAL KISS AND ELENA TOTALLY KISSES BACK AND DAMON SAYS BEST LINE EVER "IF I'M GONNA FEEL GUILT ABOUT SOMETHING, IMMA FEEL GUILTY ABOUT THIS.' AND HOLY CRAP IAN/DAMON LOOKS SO DAMN GOOD IN THIS SCENE AND HOLY CRAP. (3x10)
Yup, that pretty much sums it up.
