Is the same person who made "Hyperdimesion Neptunia" the same person who made Date A Live? Because it seems that way to me

From what my friend Kevin Smith told me is that the person who did the designs for HyperDimension Neptunia. Also did the designs for Date alive Anime. See in a way you can see the character designs similarities. I hope this helped you alot. 😁
