Depression Question

Is one of the reasons your sad because you can feel other people's sadness and misery? Or am I the only one?

I feel like I can feel some people's sadness.Like people I know, people on TV, and cartoons. It's so weird and I feel like I'm the only one.

:\ no...at least i don't think so, but i definitely don't think you're the only one, lots of people i know seem to be able to pick up on my emotions quickly (not my family of course) more like my close friends online or something, and i do feel like my own sadness can spread to the rest of the place, that's another reason why i dislike myself
