I'd say the girl in The Jungle Book, the Japanese pink car reporter in Cars, and Nala's mother. They are cute and pretty! ;)

Pacha's wife, the three little girl babies in Treasure Planet, Sarah from Treasure Planet, Tarzan's human mother, The princess girl from the black couldran, the duster from beauty and the beast, Lady and Tramp's female puppies and Shanti from the Jungle Book

I really like Anita from 101 Dalmatians and you dont hear too much about Fauna from Sleeping Beauty either.
