#1 Ariel & Eric
What I like about this couple is that they are different and they really like each other. Eric wants to find a girl but doesn’t know where to find her and Ariel is dreaming of true love and falls in love with Eric who is the sailor. My favourite moment would probably be the one where she sings to Eric the reprise of Part of your world. It was so sweet when she says the line
“ smiling at me,
where do we walk ,
where do we run ,if we could stay all day in the sun”.
#2 Belle & the Beast
This is my favourite couple because Belle is different to most Disney princesses, because she is stubborn and very imaginative. The Beast was so stubborn and very selfish and from Belle’s help he becomes more kind and sweet towards the middle of the movie. I love the ballroom scene because the animation was so beautiful and the music was so spellbinding. Another would be the part where Belle says that she loves him and he turns back into a prince. So sad ………….
#3 Aladdin & Jasmine
Wow I personally think that they are so good together because Jasmine wants to marry someone she loves and Aladdin falls in love with her when he met her at the marketplace in disguise. My favourite scene would be the A whole new world scene. So enchanting and romantic.
#4 Giselle & Robert
Sorry I know that they aren’t in this spot but I love them because she is a princess (well not really because she never married a prince) and Robert is the attorney who found her a bit cracked but he falls for her charms. My favourite scene would be either the that’s how you know scene or the ballroom scene as well as the finale which was so…………..predictable. I love the ballroom scene though because Robert pours his heart out to Giselle by singing the lyric:
‘Now your beside me and look how far we come,
‘So far we are so close’
Sweet movie BTW.
#5 Pocahontas & John Smith
Another couple I like that got ruined with the sequel(yeah thanks a lot Disney for F******* it up). I like them because they are from different backgrounds(His a sailor from England and she is a Native American princess who falls in love with him).
My favourite moment from these two would probably be the If I never knew you scene which got cut in the VHS version but was added in the DVD version. I also like the finale as she says to John Smith.
’No matter what happens I always be with you forever’(yeah right LOL).
That’s why I put them in #5th place because they never ended up being together all thanks to that sequel.
#6 Tiana & Naveen
Ok so I saw this movie back in January on You Tube and I absolutely liked it. I love their chemistry because Naveen is the womanizer prince who gets turned into a frog leaving his servant in disguise as him and Tiana who is the hardworking waitress who dreams of opening up her own restaurant. My favourite scene would be the part where Naveen tries to propose to Tiana but it backfires LOL another would be the wedding scene or the part where Ray is singing Ma Evangeline. Sweet movie.
