Is Snow White set in Switzerland?

As I was looking at the Dolls of the World, and I was looking the Swiss Barbie and I was wondering if Snow White's costume is inspired from it? Here is the link.

Disney's Snow White ,however, is actually from Great Britain, as we can see by the cottage the seven dwarfs live in and also by her dress typical Tudor England's style.
