Is Kristoff just reused concept art?

Ok, I was looking through concept art for Tangled when I found this. It's the original Flynn - who was blond and broad shouldered - the complete opposite of what he ended up.

However, Kristoff is blond and broad shouldered and he has a big nose. He looks a lot like the guy in the picture.

Interestingly, all this had led me to believe that Kristoff is a recycled version of Flynn! I may be wrong, but I find my evidence pretty compelling.

What do you guys think? Do you think the resemblance is strong, or do you think it's a coincidence.

I've been interested in Foreign Dubbings for a long time and after seeing disneygirl7's article I decided to make one too with my favorite foreign dub for each Disney Princess excluding French cause otherwise this article would contain mostly French dubs, I wanted to have more variation so anyway here we go

No one is as good as Anika Noni Rose, but this one comes as a close second for me. Her voice suits Tiana, has a jazzy feeling and she has a special way of singing that I love. This voice has made me starting to love Danish much more, but I just prefer the 9 above more and like I said...
