Is Kristoff just reused concept art?

Ok, I was looking through concept art for Tangled when I found this. It's the original Flynn - who was blond and broad shouldered - the complete opposite of what he ended up.

However, Kristoff is blond and broad shouldered and he has a big nose. He looks a lot like the guy in the picture.

Interestingly, all this had led me to believe that Kristoff is a recycled version of Flynn! I may be wrong, but I find my evidence pretty compelling.

What do you guys think? Do you think the resemblance is strong, or do you think it's a coincidence.

Why The Classic Princesses Are Great Role Models

Right now I'm doing a countdown for which Disney Princess is the best role model, and I've seen some people not think they're the best role models, and since personally I see them as the three best role models, I'd like to explain why I think so.
