Some of my favorites don't have much if any development like Rapunzel, Anna, and Snow White and it doesn't bother me. Actually I think Snow stays exacty the same throughout the film and it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

^Yeah Rapunzel develops a lot.

Anyway, there's nothing wrong with being good from the beginning and there doesn't always needs to be a lesson being shoved in your face. I can't stand poor character development.
