Lefou - Beauty and the Beast

rharoutunians It's ridiculous that LeFou is reffered to as a villain in Beauty and the Beast, because he's not all that bad, he's just a helpless midget who lacks common sense and doesn't know what's going on. Sure LeFou may have some faults like trying to melt the candle and teasing Maurice, and he needs to be taught some lessons. His sweet little face gets me everytime I look at him, and I just want to gather him in my arms and comfort him when Gaston hits him. He should have friends who are decent, and who perhaps would be a pleasure for Belle in helping her make her dreams come true, and befriending her too. Gaston is a big jerk who organizes a loveless marriage for Belle and himself, just for her beauty, and he plans to kill the beast. And he's cruel in mistreating LeFou and bossing him around the whole time. Now that's what I call a villain.
