This is my opinion on the best disney couples. I didn't include CGI couples if I did Tinkerbell and Terence would be here. I think some of these couples are underrated and don't get much attention because some of the other couples. I'm thinking about doing my 5 least favorite disney couples, so if you think I should please tell me. Please leave a comment saying what you think, enjoy.

10.Taran and Eilonwy
The Black Cauldon
The Black Cauldon

What can I say? I'm basically obsessed with The Black Cauldron that it's in almost all of my articles. Anyway this is a love that they didn't even expect. They thought they'd just find a way out of the dungeun and just go their seperate ways. But they go on this amazing adventure and start to see each other in a different way. I love that Eilonwy isn't afraid to tell Taran off, especially since women back then didn't do that. Taran feels like he's just a nobody but Eilonwy believes in him. She see's that he's much more than just a filthy peasant, She's a princess and there is royalty who look down on their subjects but she's not like that, she see's that Taran is much more than what he and other people give him credit for. I like that they're in love and are also children because even though it's rare it's possible to find your soul mate and fall in love as a child. When Gurgi tricks them into kissing it was really cute. They're not higher because the others are just more interesting.

9.Pocahontas and John Smith
Pocahontas
Pocahontas

This couple maybe historically inacurate but I don't care, they're so epic. Pocahontas lives in a village where all men are basically the same, they're as stiff as a board. She wanted someone interesting that could understand her. John Smith is a guy who was only interested in adventure and was never interested in finding a wife. When he and Pocahontas first meet I get goosebumps. He learns that Native Americans aren't savages and that they're people just like him. I love all of their kisses they're epic! When she saves him, refuses to move, and says I love him father I just love it! They have an incredible love song that didn't make it in theaters, If I Never Knew You, which is one of the best disney songs ever. I actually hate the ending, it's sad. Plus I hate that she ended up with John Rolfe, she must have a thing for guys named John. I don't have anything against John Rolfe as a character I just hate him with Pocahontas. Pocahontas and John Smith went through so much to get together and they expect us to believe she'd give that all up for some other guy, I don't think so. It's not higher because I feel that Pocahontas became duller and lost some of her personality after she met John Smith.

8.Belle and Beast
Beauty and The Beast
Beauty and The Beast

As alot of you know I don't care much for Belle and Beast as characters, even though I like them, however this couple is so touching. Belle is considered this great beauty in her town and men(Mostly Gaston) see her as just that and it's the only reason they'd wanna be with her, they think she's odd just because she has a brain. Beast is impressed that she actually took her father's place and saw how sad she was that she didn't get to say goodbye, he offered her a room instead of just being in the tower. He thinks she'll never love her because she's so beautiful and he's hideous. I love that whole love hate relationship. When he saves her things change they start to change, they see a different side to each other. Besides Belle could've left him in the snow to die, he wouldn't have been able to bring her back and she could go back to live life with her father. She couldn't let him die after he just saved her, I love that she's the first person who ever stood up to him. I adored watching them in the sequels because I don't think they'd fall in love in a few days, they're too different for that to happen, besides like Mrs.s Potts said these things take time. She only left the palace to get a tree so it would make him happy. She wasn't trying to change him she just wanted to bring joy into his life. He lets her go knowing that the spell would never be broken because he loves her. He didn't care that he'd die if he never saw her again. He was happy when he was dying because he got to see her one last time. I cried when Belle was hopelessly begging him not to leave and when she cried and said I love you I just melt. It's a tale as old as time, song as old a rhym, they're beauty and the beast. They're not higher because the others make me smile more.

7.Cinderella and Charming
Cinderella
Cinderella

I know that alot of people don't care much for this couple but I actually really love it. I love that whole servant and royalty thing. This was more than Cinderella had ever dreamed of. Charming was tired of always having these balls and being set up with some girl. However all it took was the beautiful and charming Cinderella to find love. So This Is Love is so romantic and for the first time they're discovering love. In the third movie they're the most romantic. They knew they loved each other the first time they touch each others hands. She wasn't going to let her happy ending slip through her fingers or let her step-mother ruin everything again. He makes up for not going after her in the first movie by going after her in the third movie. She was banished and he knew if he didn't go after her that he'd lose her forever. I love everthing about them the way they smile at each other, look at each other, touch each others hands, dance, and when they kiss. He could even tell when the fake Cinderella was Anastasia when he touched her hand. They're meant for each other, they make me smile so much. However I think the others are more realistic.

6.Jane and Peter Pan
Return To Neverland
Return To Neverland

If you know me you'd expect that this couple would be here. He's the boy who never grew up and she's the beautiful young girl who grew up too fast. When they were flying around Neverland and he showed her the beauty of it, it was just so amazing. What I love about this is that Jane was the only girl in the story who didn't fall in love with Peter out of thin air; such as Wendy, Tinkerbell, Tiger Lily, and the mermaids. She wasn't afraid to tell him off, he's use to being worship like a god and she lets him know he's not as hot as he thinks he is. You can tell that she's the only girl he's ever had romantic feelings for. He was spying on her when she was trying to leave, he couldn't take his eyes off her. He was so interested in her because she's not like most girls. He tried to help her. I love that they bring out sides that they don't normally show; he brings out her fun, imaginative, and adventurous side while she brings out his caring, kind, and mature side. He loved when she gave him a hug because as you saw in the original when Wendy tried to kiss him he acted disgusted like girls had cooties, but he smiled when Jane hugged him. I also love that whole love-hate thing and that they're sorta conflected with each other. He finds her irritating, boring, mean, and bossy but at the same time beautiful, fun, interesting, and funny. While she finds him stupid, annoying, immature, and ridiculously childish but also brave, handsome, fun, and charming. They maybe children but they have so much chemisty that they have a mature relationship. Besides my theory is that Peter is probably tecnically hundreds of years old. I wish they'd get more attention! I actually see more videos with them than I do Wendy and Peter. Besides if you've seen the movie it's painfully obvious that he loves her or at least has a crush on her and is the only girl he's had those feelings for. If you can't see that than I say watch the movie again and pay REALLY close attention. Besides what I love about the ending is that they left it open and that it was up to the view to decide what happened afterwards. I think he'll realize he loves Jane and will decide to leave Neverland so he can be with her and they'll grow up and get married. They're not higher because I just love the others more, but it's my favorite young heroine of disney couple.

5.Kiara and Kovu
The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride
The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride

This is like an animal version of Pocahontas and John Smith, except way more interesting. They were literally based off the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. They meet as kids and act playful and save each other like friends. I love how they meet up later in the movie and fell in love. At first it was just a plot so that Kovu could kill Simba but later becomes actual love. They have one of the best disney songs ever, not just love songs but I mean songs period, Love Will Find A Way. They didn't know that just because they love each other it would cause this much trouble. They didn't care that people didn't want them together they just said they could have their world and that we'll create our own. They get to know each other throughout the film. She shows him the joy of the world because he's never really had fun or a childhood, she helps make up for it. When nobody trusts him she's the only one left who does and goes to find them. He was afraid that he was all alone in the world but he realizes he has Kiara, he see's a perfect world shining in her eyes. They are one! I don't see how Simba and Nala get more attention than them, they do more than Simba and Nala ever did. They believed that no matter what, no matter how impossible it seems, love will find a way. They're not higher because I just like the others more.

4.Quasimodo and Madellaine
the Hunchback of Notre Dame 2
the Hunchback of Notre Dame 2

I absolutely love these two together! I don't get why they don't get much attention! Sure alot of people hate the movie but they can't deny that Madellaine is a good character and that she and Quasimodo are amazing together. They're both very similar since they were both taken from their real family by someone who treated them cruely. I loved that scene where they were talking and they joking around. When she feels stupid he tells her she should feel stupid and that she just has an imagination. Sure she was shocked by Quasimodo's appearence and ran away but even Belle did that. She later see's that he's good with kids and he shows her all new things. Like the song I'm Gonna Love You says, she was lost but her found her. Sure she lies to him but it was to protect him since her boss threatened to hurt him. What would matter more to you, being honest or the one you love staying alive? I love that even though she's gloriously stunning she thinks she's not worthy of an hideous guy. She thinks he's too good for her and that he's just amazing. She's very insecure and doesn't feel pretty or confident or anything like that; he thinks he's unworthy of her because he thinks she's beautiful and the most wonderful person in the world. She see's past his ugly appearence and on the inside she see's he's the most beautiful man in the world. They help each other see who they are through their eyes. I think they're a better example of true beauty lies within than Belle and Beast. Neither one had to change their appearence in order for them to be together. It proves that an ugly guy can still find love and it can be a beautiful girl. People usually judge someone who's attractive if they're with someone who's very unattractive but Madellaine didn't care. He's shown her that the world is full of miricles even the smallest. Even after she lied to him she confinced him to trust her by using the same words he used, that there's more to her. He believed in her and helped her get over her insecurity. I loved the ending where they proclaimed their love to all of paris. They're not higher because I just like the others more.

3.Scamp and Angel
Lady and The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure
Lady and The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure

If you know me you definitly saw this coming for sure. I love these two together so much! I love when they first met and they smiles at each other. It's cool how they started out as friends and worked their way up to true love. I think in a way both of them are trying to figure out who they are, so basically they're on the same journey. He wants to be more than just a house dog and have adventure while she wants to have a family hoping it'll help her discover who she is. They help each other along their journey and care about one another. It was cute when she almost reveals her feelings and just covered it up by pretending not to care. I love how Scamp shows her kindness which she's never really had; she's an orphan, five families have rejected her, and the junkyard dogs may have took her in but they don't really act like much of a family. He's made her feel something she's been searching for all her life but has never found, love. When she was caught by the dogcatcher he saved her, nobody else would've done that, he saved her from pissibly being killed by the dog proud if she was rejected again. They have a love song that actually describes how people in real life feel when they fall in love. She tries to help him find the right path and go back to his family. She doesn't want him to live a lonely life without a family and love, she knowns what that's like. When she runs off after he broke his promise not to reveal her secret about wanting a family he goes after her to try to find her and risked being caught by the dog catcher, which actually happened. She even tries to save him after he broke his promise. He gave her a family! He basically made everything she's ever wanted come true and that sealed the deal for her. They would give anything to have what the other has and they understand each other better than any animal couple ever. They're much better than Lady and Tramp in my opinion. They're not higher because the other two are more magical.

2.Aladdin and Jasmine
Aladdin
Aladdin

Basically a gender switched exotic version of Cinderella and Charming. Yet another rags to riches story. I love that look Aladdin has when he see's Jasmine for the first time. He saves her from getting killed, or at least her hand from being cut off. I absolutly loved when she trips and he catches her, the way they looked at each other was so sweet. I loved how they were talking to each other on how life in the palace would be like even though their point of views were completely different. Aladdin uses that whole Abu thinks thing and they almost kissed. Jasmine revealed herself to save Aladdin, she knew that it would ruin her chance for freedom but she didn't care. Aladdin goes through alot of trouble for Jasmine. He almost got eaten by snake Jafar just to save her. A Whole New World was amazing and so romantic! Wouldn't we all love to go traveling around the world with our true love? Aladdin lied yeah but hello the law said that only a prince could marry a princess. He was insecure and thought that she'd probably laugh at him. I loved it when she finally got to make her own choice, the ending was amazing. I loved how in the third movie they were finally getting married. The reason they're not higher is that number one just can't be beat.

1.Ariel and Eric
The Little Mermaid
The Little Mermaid

If you know me it's no surprise at all. I absolutely love this couple! I loved how when Ariel first saw him and she smiles, such an amazing smile. People say she just fell in love with him for his looks but she didn't, even though she didn't meet him she saw things about him. Playing the flute shows he loves music, playing with Max shows he's playful, his reaction to the statue of himself shows he's not vain or arrogant, he wants to marry a girl for love not money which shows he's really down to earth, and when he goes to save Max shows that he's selfless and brave. So I think she got a great deal of knowledge. Besides she wanted to become human and would do anything to be human way before she met Eric. "What would I give if I could live out of these waters? What would I pay to spend a day warm on the sand?" remember? Besides I don't think she was stupid to sell her voice, I think it was brave; besides she did consider her family "If I become human, I'll never be with my father or sisters again" so she does care about them. She showed self sacrafice, just as much as in the original story because she was willing to give up so much for true love. When he see's her he does seem to somewhat recodnize her, it was just that she was mute that he didn't realize who she was. I loved how awkward and flirty Ariel was in that scene. When she falls into his arms and the way they looked at each other, you could just see the love. He willingly took her into his care, which she became the palace gossip for many servants in the palace; apperently Gurtrude who's never right for once got something right by thinking Ariel's a princess. The way he looks at her when she walks into the room in that pink dress is just too much. I love how she acts awkward and childish but he doesn't get annoyed by it, he finds it charming; like when she blows the pipe and he laughs. During Kiss The Girl he even took the time to guess her name, knowing it would take hours. He even decides to give up on this girl who saved his life because he probably wouldn't find her; he was all like forget this mystery girl, I really like the new girl I met on the beach. Even when he finds out that she's a mermaid he doesn't care he just goes and saves her, he loves her just the way she is, no matter what she is. They truly love each other, it was more than just lust! They're beyond words and not just because Ariel can't talk for most of the time they're together. I also love that they're the only disney princess couple to have a kid. That shows that there's more to a story than just getting married. Would you want that to be your whole life? Just getting married to an attractive person, besides I absolutly adore Melody. These two represent how realistic couples are. You'll never find a more realistic couple, they're the most amazing couple ever. The fact that they had a daughter is what sealed the deal for me for good. I could go on about them forever but my keyboard would break.
*Stop Before Reading*

I have decided to make a last-minute change to the end of Chapter 27. I modified the last few sentences of the chapter (where I put the asterisk), as I changed the story. This chapter, especially the beginning, will not make sense unless you read the final few sentences of the previous chapter. So here's the link to the previous chapter. Only the last three lines have changed.

One of my favorite things about Disney movies is the music, both instrumental and vocal. It's something I look forward to every time a new Disney movie comes out and then I listen to the new songs on repeat for a few days (or, in some cases, weeks). Today I decided to put together a list of my top ten favorite Disney songs (hardest list I ever made). The songs I have in this list are based on:
1. How often I listen to/sing the song
2. Nostalgia
3. How much I relate to the song

10. I Just Can't Wait to Be King from The Lion King
For as long as I can remember The Lion King has always been one...
