DxC- I Never Told You

it was a sunny bright shiny day the kind duncan could not stand and courtney loved almost as much as she loved duncan. It was summer. courtney was off from colleg and duncan hade not done anything bad in aboute a month.yet. courtney looked at duncan and said "let's go to the pool" "nah" duncan said "let's go to the park then." "took you last monday. It was not that fun anyway." courtney frowned and sat in the chair by the window and looked outside. there was a cute bird out there. "aaaaaaaaawwwwwww" she said. then the bird almost died thanks to some hunter that lived next door. "ooooooooo"...

I was sitting on my bunk, reading a book, while everyone else did something less educational. Beth and Lindsay were playing with there dolls, Heather was mocking them, Lashawna was painting her toe nails, Bridgett was eating a candy bar, Gwen was asleep, and Katie and Sadie were yapping at each other.

Lashawna saw me and decided to come over."What's up, girl."She greeted.

I sighed and said,"Nothing."

"You look kinda down, why don't you tell Lashawna what's on your mind."She insisted.

"No thanks, I was about to go for a walk anyways."I lied.

"You, honey, It's kind of dark, and cold."She protested....

This part takes place at the dock of shame when Courtney left, this is my version.

"COURTNEY!" Duncan yelled as he ran toward me on the Dock of Shame, I was still on it.

"Duncan." I ran to him and gave him a hug.

He sqeesed (sp) me tight and I did the same to him.

"Princess, promise me something." He whispered in my ear.

I whispered back, "What?"

"Never forget."

"How could I?" I kissed him and wouldn't let go.

After five minutes chef took me away to the boat of losers.

I yelled as the boat moved and went away, "I'LL NEVER FORGET...

(DUNCAN'S POV)
She took my face and kissed me, so many thoughts running through my head. First one, 'What does this mean!?' the next, 'Dude, make a move!' and last, 'Finally!'

She let go and we smiled. She went into her room and I sighed and Geoff said, "Alright man."

"Told you she wanted me." I said, I elbowed him.

(COURTNEY'S POV)...

Courtney's POV: "Courtney! Tiffany! Monica!" my twin sister, Samantha, ran toward us. Even though she is my twin sister, she is extremely pale, unlike me, who is freakishly tan.
"Amii is coming over!" Samantha shouted. My face suddenly brightened.
"Who's Amii?" Monica asked. My mouth dropped open. So did Samantha's and Tiffany's.
"She is like our favorite cousin ever!" Monica still was confused.
"We don't get to see her for, like every three months!" Monica nodded and looked at Samantha. She was glaring at someone who was glaring back at her. I recognized that face before...

Duncan's POV: Was that...

Courtney's P.O.V
Me and Bridgett were at lunch talking about trowing Gwen a surprised birthday party. But something felt unbalanced to me, it felt like something was missing. I looked around the cafetiere, and notice Duncan wasn't here today.

i interrupted Bridgett to asked "Hey Bridgett have you seen Duncan, he's not here today."

Bridgett looked at me acting like why should i care."Geoff told me that Duncan decided to stay home. He said he's been really down lately, but we don't no why."

Then felt like big bag of guilt just fell on me. Did i really hurt Duncan? I didn't what i had said would...

Fluffy white flecks fell hastily down onto the sidewalk. It was a blizzard. A violent one. The sky was thick with snowflakes that plummeted down to the snow-covered ground. The wind blew viciously against the trees and houses. The streets were bare and abandoned. No one in their right mind would go out in such weather. Courtney was no exception.

She sat in front of the fireplace, curled in a blanket. The house was empty, save her. The fire crackled behind the glass screen. Flames flickered in Courtney’s eyes.

I could just STRANGLE him! I guess he got revenge. I am NEVER babysitting Mark again.

I passed the music shop. They always played music in the store. A lot of the time, I would go in there and listen to the music while I was working on homework or studying.

Since I didn't want to go home yet, I went in. The ending of the song 'All Around Me' by Flyleaf was playing. I liked that song. Then, after that, the song 'When You're Gone' by Avril Lavigne played. I loved that song. Once it came on, I realized how much it related to me....

Courtney’s POV:

“Where is he?”

Becky and Tara turn from their lockers at the sound of my voice.

“Who?” Tara asks, her brow creasing.

“Duncan.”

Becky shakes her head slowly. “He’s not here. He hasn’t been all week, you know that.” She studies me curiously for a moment. “Why do you ask?”

I bite my tongue for a moment, and sigh. “Because I need to talk to him.” I answer uncertainly. Becky starts to smile.

“Oh my God.” Tara gasps. “You’re getting back together with him!” She cheers. “It’s about time! Becky and I were saying that you really needed to—”

“Wait,”...

Duncan's pov:
I could tell she was scared, she was shaking! Again I grabbed her hand and held it tight.I won't let go, I said to her softly. She had a nervous smile on her face. She looked like she was going to die of fright!It's ok, I got you.I said as chris said"here we go"and started us out. we blasted out of the station and up the hill. I could already hear her crying.I felt so bad. We started down the drop and i felt my stomach drop.I looked at her face around half way through and she was smiling! when i got to the hospital the nurse told me how he was doing

nurse: "hes lost his memory...."

"he doesnt remember anything??"

nurse: "we think its just the last couple of months that he doesnt remember"

"oh...that means he wont remember breaking up with me....which explains y he is asking for me..."

nurse: "yes."

i walked into the room to see him laying in the bed...cut up and weak...

Duncan: "hey princes"

"hi"

Duncan: " what took u so long baby???"

"duncan do you not remember anything??"

Duncan: "well....i remember prom...and all the fun we had that night"

"that was 3 months...

"Please faccent your seat-belts, we are ready to begin our flight."

I did as the piliot said and buckled my belts. I sighed, and layed my head back on the poorly made plane seats. I couldn't help but think about James, and how I lied to him about my flea.

I knew lying is not a good way to start marriage, but geographingly speaking, I'm already married.

So as I laid my head, I slowly drifted into not-so-deep-but-not-so-light sleep. In my dream, I dreampt about the man I supposely am already engaged with.

It was still a shock to me, that in one night from my clueless young mind I would be married....

courtney's p.o.v

I sat down next to trent and wanted for sumone to say i look hot but no one did.

"courtney......so....why did you change?"

"I thought if i could get duncan..i could get someone like him"

"You're not dating anyone else!" he yelled.

"Wow duncan..."

He got up and dragged me out of the room.With gwen following.

"courtney what was that?"

"Gwen....i don't know what you mean"

"Princess don't act dumb......you know you only did this to yourself was to get me back" he said as he was touching my hair.

"Duncan all i thought was maybe if i changed i wouldn't get hurt like i was......"

"But you didn't...

-----------------------------I decided to tell them without Courtney. It would just be alot easier. I walk in the door in my big, yey humble, house. "MOM!," I said calling her. "I need to tell you something." She rushes towards me and i say "I'm Moving out!" "WHAT?" She asks. "Mom i'm getting married and..." "WHAT??????????" She asks again. "Did you not here me mom? Are you getting THAT old????" "DUNCAN WHAT THE HELL?" She asks. "YOUR GETTING MARRIED AND YOU DIDNT EVEN TELL US YOU WERE DATEING SOMEONE?" Oh here we go....
